To be considered as definitive, all reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay.
Whatever the paying method chosen, the total due of your stay including any extra services requested by the client must be fully paid, at the latest, 60 days before your arrival.
All reservations made less than 60 days before the date of arrival entail the full cost of the stay to be fully paid in one time.
If the client has to cancel the stay for whatever reason, EASY CHAMONIX must be informed by registered letter with proof of reception as soon as possible. The date of this proof of reception being the legal date of cancellation for all cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION
56 days before depart: the deposit amount from 55 to 42 days before depart : 60% of the total cost of stay from 41 to 29 days before depart : 70% of the total cost of stay from 28 to 22 days before depart : 90% of the total cost of stay from 21 to 0 days before depart : 100% of the total cost of stay
