Are the chalets and apartments in close proximity to the centre of Chamonix and to the ski slopes ?

We do not have skis “attached at all times” in Chamonix, you therefore need to walk to the stations for skiing! The chalets are located roughly 5 minutes by car from "Brévent" (the closest ski station) and around 20/25 minutes from "Tour" (the furthest ski station).
