The chalet 'Maison Neuve' is located in the village of Les Houches, about 6km from Chamonix center. The traditional wooden chalet, constructed in 2002, is located just 50 metres from the nearest chairlift and two pistes, making it one of the few chalets in the area from which it is possible to ski into and ski out of.

The chalet enjoys fantastic views of the Mont Blanc range of mountains, and looks straight onto the "Aiguille de Midi" and the "Aiguille Verte".

The chalet benefits from central heating, and also has a very efficient modern wood burning stove which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere when lit.















The open plan living and dining area has two double patio doors leading onto a balcony which spans 3 sides of the house. The balcony is a real sun trap and outdoor furniture is provided to allow guests to take advantage of the beautiful views and the sunshine.

Equipments : Barbeque, equiped outside terrace, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave/grill, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also provided are a fondue set, slow cooker, raclette machine... TV +  TV/Video/30 PS2 games in the big bedroom downstairs.
